The new items added are the iron weapons, including the katanas. This is for those who wants to start a novice character with a specific class in a immersive way (ronin-like, blade, lancer, samurai, lawbringer, etc.), or for those who only wants to get the new weapons exactly after the character creation.
They are added to the weapon chest in the room, in front the bed, just like the vanilla iron weapons.
Just install it with your favorite mod manager and drop it in your load order, or inside your Data folder.
