Nord, Orc & Redguard

The vanilla stats were bugged:
Breton Vampire base unarmed damage was 1.
Khajiit* & Argonian base unarmed damage was 10 points of damage.
*Khajiit still get more than 4 points of damage because of their Claw ability.

3. Changed some racial abilities;
Bosmer
Removed - 30% chance to stagger targets with bows.
Added - Draw a bow 50% faster.
Khajiit
Changed - Claws do 20 damage (was 30 damage in the previous version), this is still 500% more damage than a punch.
Nord
Removed - Two handed weapons do 20% more damage.
Added - Combat skill increase 20% faster.

- After doing some research into the history of all the races, I've redone all the buffs. I've also changed the bonus skill points.
Altmer
Racial Buffs: Magicka regenerates 50% faster. Increases Magicka by 100 points. Magic skills improve 20% faster.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Illusion. +10 Alteration. +5 Restoration.
Argonian
Racial Buffs: Able to breath above and below water. Health regenerates 100% faster. Increases armor rating by 30 points. Resist 80% of diseases & poisons.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Lockpicking. +10 Sneak. +5 Restoration.
Bosmer
Racial Buffs: Bows do 30% more damage. Magicka regenerates 50% faster. Resist 80% of diseases & poisons.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Archery. +10 Sneak. +5 Light Armor.
Breton
Racial Buffs: Conjuration spells cost 50% less to cast. Resist 30% of magical damage. Magicka regenerates 50% faster.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Conjuration. +10 Speech. +5 Sneak.
Dunmer
Racial Buffs: Resist 80% of fire. Destruction spells cost 50% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 50% faster.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Destruction. +10 Sneak. +5 One-Handed.
Imperial
Racial Buffs: Learn all skills 10% faster. Bartering is 20% more effective. Absorb 5 points of stamina per attack.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Speech. +10 Restoration. +5 Light Armor.
Khajiit
Racial Buffs: Naturally muffled and can move silently. Claws do four times the damage of a punch (40 damage). Can see in the dark at will. Stamina regenerates 100% faster.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Sneak. +10 Lockpicking. +5 Pickpocket.
Nord
Racial Buffs: Two-handed weapons do 30% more damage. Time between shouts is reduced 20%. Increases frost resistance by 50%.
Bonus Skill Points: +20 Two-Handed. +10 Speech. +5 Block.

Breton - +40% resistance to magical damage. +50 magicka.
Dunmer - +50 magicka. +20% destruction spell damage. +50% resistance to fire.
Imperial - Always find more gold. +50 magicka, health & stamina.
