Hello, I really like the look of this mod, however I can't get Alvor to carry the orb. Is there some requirement for making it appear? I waited a week to reset his inventory. Might there be a conflict with other mods? Or am I too dense?
This mod adds crafting balls to Alvor's chest (Base ID: 78C0D), so is not compatible with any other mod that changes the same record: I forgot to mention it in the description. If you're familiar with CK or SSEEdit, you could create a patch to fix the conflict. Alternatively, you can use the console command: "player.additem FE***87A 1", or mods like "AddItemMenu" to get the item.
@jamiedow99 That sounds cool, but does it need a patch to work with a retexture mod like this : Carved Nordic Armors and Weapons Retexture https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/88116 ? If yes, can you plz make it ?
Yes, they're basically incompatible. The weapons included in this mod use the vanilla normal maps, but that mod seems to swap them with new ones. I'm not planning on making a compatibility patch rn. Idk if these two mods can coexist without a patch/modification.
I'm not thinking of adding color variations or new enchantments rn. Actually, I'd had a similar thought to yours, but I couldn't come up with an object effect for it. Maybe you could use the vanilla "Charm" effect. Thanks for the suggestion!
Yes, the xx is the number of seconds you choose for the delay if you make this addition. NPC's no matter how aggressive, male or female are instantly awed by you and are too distracted to attack you but in xx secods the effect wears off.
If you want to add some variations yourself, please feel free to use my assets included in this mod. I've used only vanilla resources, so you can share your modified files freely on NEXUS; you wouldn't need to credit me.
As the original creator of this mod, I would feel like a jerk if I took all the credit even for adding to your own mod. My heart would not allow me to not mention you and give credit where credit is warranted.
I appreciate your consideration! Yeah, I'd be a little happier if you could credit me😃 One of the aims of sharing my mods on NEXUS is to encourage users to start modding and sharing their work😊👍
You mean the Fable series? I haven't touched Fable. Actually, this mod was inspired by some glowing weapons from Assassin's Creed: Odyssey; it may not seem like it, though😅
The bows, arrows and quivers were what initially interested me, but the images of the shields have tipped the balance in making me download this to see how they play with Patrician ENB.
Hmm ... , I don't use that ENB, so I can't show you how they look with it. You could post your images in the "IMAGES" section of this page for reference. Thanks for the comment!
P.S. I released a new version. The glow maps of the shields are revamped.
The original looked good for me, in-game. I'll download the update and give it a whirl.
I'll see if I can get some screen shots.
Installed v1.1, and started a new game (added some other mods). Just uploaded some shots from around Helgen. Sunlight and shade, to see how the glow works. :)

As for the texture maps for the dagger, bow, and arrows, I've included pink ones in JD's Semi-Realistic NPC - Aela (CBBE-3BA) - ESPFE. You can use them too.

Purple is more subtle than the rest. Go figure.
> Purple is the darkest of the five, so maybe it's just that the flaw in the texture can keep a low profile.
Anyway, thanks for the report and the nice pics!
I ditched the Tera Gunslinger armor, and shifted to Nordic for a few more shots as I continued.
