I made a handful of minor tweaks to Cloaks of Lace for Lady SSE by aronchack and FireOogle, and wanted to share them with the community. Uploaded with permission from FireOogle.
The original mod is REQUIRED. This is only a modified .esp; it does not contain any meshes or textures.
What this mod does:

Khajiit Caravans
SPECIAL NOTE: Changes to vendors are manual edits adding new leveled lists to the merchant container, not script injected. You'll need to make a bashed patch or use xEdit to forward edits if you have other mods that change the same merchant containers.

SPECIAL NOTE: This mod does not require Cloaks of Skyrim. I've only made edits to compliment how things are presented in that mod, but nothing in this mod touches or interacts with anything from Cloaks of Skyrim.
