this *LordSeamFix1.esm must be allways first no matter what and full load order is . After Using LOOT manual go to C:\Users\who ever user is\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition\Plugins.txt and delete all lines of those files from that your plugins.txt and add this on the end of load order after all other plugins even after open cities pugin.

Also if you want BLUE water in Game Not GREEN from RealisticWaterTwo plugin, Than add this plugin ( BlueWaterTwo - Watercolor.esp) after *RealisticWaterTwo - Watercolor.esp plugin like this

ALSO Because now Update.esm needs custom Data\textures\water\ textures to remove few more seams there are all Textures in Achive.I asked you once about seams and a lot of users had problems but you say that is due game bug you are right isoku now bug is almost gone.
