Updates from previous version include: Solar lens flare, , precipitation adjustments, and weather variety changes, a single cloud texture
-Added sun lens flare by Arindel.
-Made minor adjustments to snow and rain to reduce observable repeating patterns.
-Removed region record "WeatherHighHrothgar" to restore vanilla settings.
-Changed weather frequencies - mostly reducing fog, but also making weather more inclement.
-Added a single cloud texture by Gamwich that yields menacing storms on the horizon. The weathers that use this texture were originally designed around this cloud texture by Gamwich. I removed the cloud texture before releasing v1.0 because Gamwich didn't want his textures on Bethesda.net. This version of Dolomite is not to be uploaded to bethesda.net unless the cloud texture has been removed.

Added an ini file with various edits that will automatically load. Please read through it to customize.
Sunsets are 1 hour longer, as opposed to occuring 1 hour later as in v1.1.
Increased weather volatility from 50 to 100 so you're less likely to get stuck in the same weather all day.
Recolored purple sunset clouds in the reach to orange.
Made minor adjustments to rain, slowing it down slightly, and making the droplets less thick.
