   I am using the NLA SE v1 standalone version of MoT. Your MCM does not seem to load with it. Is there a way to get it working?

      NLA SE v1 standalone version is using completely different script for MCM. I can add version for it if you want to. Ping me sth like in week if I will not do it till this time.

   Is this new update compatible with the new 1.5.2 update? 
   
   Because Mist of Tamriel received another update after 1.5.1

      Yes, it is. 1.5.2 has new toggle from 1.5.1 disabled by default. I can update the mod, but it is just settings to change from checked to unchecked ;)
