Patch between Requiem for a Knave and Requiem Special Feats. Special Feats add new perks to the speechcraft perk tree and Requiem for a Knave recover one perk from vainilla (investor perk) to Requiem. If not patched getting the perk and the subsequent perks (Merchant and Fence).

Theres no more to it.
Next version: probably i will adjust the merchant perk to be on the tip of the constelation nose. Work in progress...
