An updated, thinner and "sharper" texture has been added, see images!
Powerofthree shared with us a great mod, I've been using it for years, but I never liked the huge 2D glare after my hits as well as the lightning bolts flying out (see images), so I removed them.
Also, the original mod used a texture with a poorly done bloom, because of which we could see this:
So I fixed that, also made the texture more contrast, more like real sparks, and finally, using open permissions, I'm uploading this for you!
The new texture works just as great with the Grindstones module from the original mod page, just let my mod overwrite it.
Like the original mod, there are two versions: vanilla amount of sparks and x2. Also, for better consistency, I will upload a patch to use these sparks with the beautiful Valhalla Combat. (his sparks contain no glow, but still have flying lightning and texture issues) Still let my mod overwrite it and don't forget to select "realistic" in the MCM menu.
In the future I also plan to consider adding enb light to particles, as was done in jarari's version, but more softly. If you want, you can use his meshes and my fixed texture, it will work just as well.
In the meantime, enjoy using it!
Each of the files contains a corrected texture, I did this so that one is not dependent on the other, so freely let them overwrite each other or delete unnecessary copies if you care about 171kb. :)
