About this mod
You are Alduin's biggest threat, yet he does little aside from scripted events. I add dragon assassin couriers to try to mediate this with horror elements.

Introduction:
Alduin is the World Eater with the Dragonborn as his greatest threat, yet he does little to attempt to eliminate you in a way that would make sense for a creature who commands an army of dragons. I make the game more interesting by adding a probability that following level up, shapeshifting Dragon Assassins come to eliminate you in the form of a courier.
There is a default 5% chance that on level up, starting at level 5, a courier will come to you with a certain darkly worded message. A particularly unsettling soundtrack plays when you move to his cell to allude to what is coming. On reading the message, the courier will turn into a dragon that immediately starts to attack you and your local cell. I have made an MCM menu so you can choose to change this probability and start level as you desire. I personally recommend these defaults, so it feels more special and spontaneous when it finally happens, though play with them as you wish.
Once you slay Alduin, you will get a bittersweet "hopeful message" the next time the mod is triggered, commenting on what the other dragons suffered during Alduin's reign. The mod will stop sending dragon assassins at you at this point.

1. Readily installed using Vortex, or alternatively by extracting the files to your Game folder.
2. MCM menu requires you to run the mod through SKSE.
