Included my uncapper ini
Whats SXP Redone? A great mod that is an alterantive to Experience / R-SSL. I prefer this 1 bc of fact leveling is significantly slower and i dont have to mess with ini files for exp values.
This patch just allows exp to be given to the skill in the menu.
Update: I forgot that this does require uncapper so i provided my vanilla uncapper ini with the changes needed.
