    I can't, for the life of me, find the "for sale" sign or the door. Which is pretty ridiculous, since the description and pictures are very clear. The only thing I can think of is that this mod is not compatible with Open Cities, which I use. So! Is it compatible with Open Cities, or am I just crazy?

    I absolutely love this mod. I was looking for a hidden hideout type place for my character that had mannequins and displays for unique items. This is perfect.

    Does anyone know what the hidden safe is all about? Otherwise, a truly fantastic house. I did not know that you can collect so many things! oO That's a challenge. :-)

    I really love this home. It's a bit heavy on the FPS for me, but nothing I cant live with. It in in a great location. Has plenty of small touches. Fits perfectly with any sort of rogue character, and, most importantly for me, has a TON of unique item displays.

      I made and tested the mod on my machine (i7 4790k, GTX 970 4GB VRam, and 16 GB RAM) and i had good frame rate ... for the most part. I only noticed a small frame drop ... with all items displayed and only in 3rd person view. That is clearly the result of the big number of static objects count ... i did get a little greedy with the decorations ... mainly because i wanted to test the SSE capabilities comparing with Oldrim.

      The easiest way to fix this ... is to disable some of these objects that only serve for decoration purposes (paintings, planters, plants,...). And you can do that either with Creation Kit, editing the mod cell ... or easier, by opening the Console Mode in game with '~' key ... left-click the mouse button on the object you want to remove ... then once the refID number is shown on screen ... type 'disable' and that will permanently remove the selected object from your gameplay. I recommend you save before trying this ... so you don't disable the wrong object by mistake.

      Hell no. Im not changing a thing, lol. I love this home in large part because of all the unique decorations I can add. Like I said, I can live with the occasional slight frame drop when I turn around or something. Its certainly nothing game breaking for me. Just giving you my one gripe. Kinda like bitching about the floor mats in a new Range Rover, right? I gotta *censored* about something.

      I'm with you ir88or, no way I'm changing anything, but you're right, the lag is REAL haha. Just in looking around, but so worth it. So sad to see zumma has been banned! (??) I hope this mod stands the test of time without the author able to update it anymore. Very sad. But this home is exactly what I wanted, with thousands of people's differing tastes, not everyone can find the perfect player home, and I think I just did.

    Wow, I've just looked around the Sanctuary for the first time and I'm absolutely blown away. My poor potato can barely handle the texture/mesh overload but it's such a gorgeous piece of art that I can hardly bring myself to care. The only thing that would put this into the next level for me would be if there was a 'family level', perhaps with an exit into the more respectable part of Riften, to house my wife and six sticky-fingered thieves in training!

    Minor bug? Not sure about that though. I cannot place the Elder Scroll - Dragon. I can place the other two just fine. If I go to another home with the elder scroll displays, I can place all three there. Just not in this mod. Anyone else have that issue?

      This is probably because you didn't finish the quest involving the Elders Scroll - Dragon, at least the quest stage, where you read the scroll and battle Alduin, first time. After that Stage the game removes your current ES and gives you another, with another ID. The current script only checks for the later item, so only the final version of the Elder Scroll - Dragon can be displayed. However ... i uploaded a new version of the mod, and use an alternative script which checks for both versions of the Elders Scroll - Dragon ... and display it, no matter of which of them you have in the inventory. I've tested it on a new save and it works. On an existing save, that has already the old script attached it is a little buggy ... it displays the first version of the Scroll, but it still gives 'You lack the required item' message, at least in my case.

    I dont suppose there is any way you could do whatever mysterious magic you modders do so that I can move my necro/vamp/thief/assassin wife in with me, is there???

      It is possible ... but with another mod, that augments the vanilla marriage scripts and questing data.

      You can check the 'Spouses Can Live Everywhere' mod ... but unfortunately you can only find it on the Oldrim Nexus ... it is not ported for SSE. At a quick glance ... the mod is not SKSE reliant ... it only has 4 modified scripts that should work fine with SSE ... you just have to re-save the plugin with the new Creation Kit 64.

    there is a dark face bug with the 2 followers. i think the meshes need to be optimized or the textures need it. not sure which. minor bug on that but everything else is running smoothly.

      i was wondering if it would be possible to have the option to adopt kids to live here, even the adoption for having 6 kids, if thats possible. i think that would put this mod over the top.
