Spell Description: Summon a constant wind at your back, propelling you to the
heights that only the Dov know. > Use Magicka to give your Broom a lift.
Magicka Cost: 0 > 45
Cast Type: Constant Effect > Fire and Forget
(Manual Cost Calc)
Half Cost Perk: AlterationAdept50
Duration: 6 > 3,4,5 seconds
(Choose only one main file).
