    Locked
    Sticky
Invisible houses bug seem to be caused by a root block error

moving BSXFlags down fixed it for me

      This worked for me.

Running it through CAO --> Process Meshes --> Full Optimization also seems to work.

Just to add to the suggestions for fixing the meshes since the suggested fixes didn't work for me, and this solution might be easier for some: open every mesh in nifskope, and under the Spells tab and select Sanitize >Reorder Blocks and this is what fixed the invisible mesh issue for me. Thanks to the suggestions for pointing me in the right direction,  and thank you 00Jezzie00 for the noticeable improvement! Cheers!

It's not working for me, don't know why, Nifskope warns me with so many errors as I open and doesn't let me sanitize. Someone with the same problem?

Hi! I've tried both methods but doesn't seem to work. Nifskope says "failed to sanitize blocks order, corrupt nif tree? link points to wrong block type
And I can't move bsxflag down because block order doesnt save correctly, pls help

actually in Falkreath fps drop is caused by ammount of clutter objects
worldspace got limited memory for each cells (map parts/chunks) if you overload memory usage, location may be more unstable and less likely to load e.g. npc ai packages

Was causing CTDs. Anyone know what might be the case?

i had this problem with original assets, so maybe the problem is with cotn
u should try without my fixes to see what causes these crashes

I'm getting CTDs as well.  The issue with the original was running them through NIF Optimizer/CAO would make them crash.  On the Xbox ports we were able to reduce their size by opening them in Outfit Studio and saving them, but the standard optimization methods made them crash for a reason we never figured out.  Do you have copies of your new meshes that haven't been run through either program?  Those should work as lower poly replacements that won't crash.

Edit: bosn889's edit works as well- I bet that's the issue with the stock COTN meshes as well

The FPS gain is substantial, but i had to apply bosn889 fix in the sticky post to get these meshes working :) Thank you for the mod and kudo to bosn889 ;)

Lmao, that's RIDICULOUS amounts of polys on a barely noticeable almost FLAT surface. SMH.

quick question, did you redo the collisions on the models? I noticed that the collisions are exactly the same as the models which means basically the models get rendered twice, so redoing the collisions should reduce the resource usage by up to 40% if done to the 10% collisions rule.

collision is much tougher to edit, but i'll try to do something with that

it's actually fairly easy just annoying and time consuming( i changed the collisions for rodryk's dragon bridge for the same reason) if your up for it and need any help let me know I've been working on making my own models for a bit so i've got the process down. Either way thanks for the work! always appreciated!

some users already reported that they have problems with my mod, i don't know
SE convertion is properly made, most people don't have that problem
So, maybe the issue is with only some specified SE versions, better just remove models from Data folder and use assets from original cotn
