Ay folks. Figured I would share what made this work for me with Bow Rapid Combo v3. Including the spin.
Open file contents in your manager of choice. Navigate down to the custom conditions.
Two of these folders only have one animation file, mco_powerattack1.hkx. RENAME THIS to HKS_CustomAnimA.hkx
Now both hooking and pulling work.
The other folder is responsible for the followup. Leave mco_attack1.hkx alone (this handles the little rope tug animation) and make a copy of any of the remaining sprint attack files. Rename this copy to mco_sprintattack.hkx
Now the spin should trigger on hooking. The remaining 1hm_attackforwardsprint/etc can be left alone.
The problem that the hook didn't take effect was finally solved perfectly. Renaming two mco_powerattack1.hkx files to bow_blockbash.hkx means pressing w+ right key to launch the hook when holding a bow and arrow.One Click Power Attack and Separate Power Attacks do not need to be installed
I don't know what i'm doing wrong. First i followed the tip above for bow rapid combo but it didn't work for me. Then i removed bow rapid combo and use this tip of yours and it still didn't work. Could it be that this mod won't work with the latest MCO version?
There is a lot missing here. First of all, this mod says it does not require HDT to be installed, but it actually does. If you try to equip the rope without HDT, the rope will look very awkward when it hangs from the player. HDT needs to be listed as a requirement for this mod. Also, I tried to use a power attack while holding a bow, nothing happens. I did try using the block bash button and an animation played but it didn't do as the mod intended and it was an attempt to pull an arrow out and that was it.
Same results here, the grappel hook almost never works.... the rope pull works sometimes, but no animations, the npcs fall but the character won't not do the pull animation, and the grapple arrow never shows the animation , I used the mco to oar converter to see if that could help or to troubleshoot this but the movements are tied to a spell on the esp and I don't really understand how to fix it.
Solution to whoever has ctd with this mod, do the same as me, whoever has a rapid shot combo and mco sniper update, use dynamic stance set, and no longer has a ctd problem with the mod, no T (pose)use this mod with dynamic stance in blue for example, since the other mod's rapid shot and sniper combo are compatible and can be together, but this one doesn't because it causes ctd, use stance, the author should put this mod stance condition who use those two mods i mentioned
It causes me ctd, I use rapid shot and sniper update combo, I don't understand why this mod gives me ctd just after I use it, can someone tell me which is the most common conflict of the mod or can it be used with dynamic stance without me knowing block, any ideas?
This mod looks amazing, but "separated power attack" isn't a good option. Is it possible do an update for compatibility with "One click Power attack" by jarari ?
