This mod adds rotting corpses (dead zombies) to various locations around Skyrim. There are currently 75 but I plan on adding more. The corpses can be raised so it's great for Necromancers. It also adds some more difficulty and immersion when fighting Necromancers. There are 3 types: civilian, adventurer, and imperial soldier.

(requires "Plague of the Dead" Creation Club Content) UPDATE 1: Corpses will now sometimes have hair and beards! Female-voiced corpses will now have female bone-structure and sometimes female hair styles! NOTE: Just to be clear, the models are from the "Plague of the Dead" Creation Club content. I didn't make them, though I wish I had! They're great!
This mod adds rotting corpses (dead zombies) to various locations around Skyrim. There are currently 75 but I plan on adding more. Please email me if you'd like to see rotting corpses in certain locations.
The corpses can be raised so it's great for Necromancers. It also adds some more difficulty and immersion when fighting Necromancers. I don't know why Bethesda didn't include this in the first place! Maybe they wanted to make sure the Draugr were unique.
There are three types of corpse: civilian (wearing hats and usually armed with a pickaxe or woodcutter's axe), adventurer (wearing helmets and come in two-handed, one-handed, and shield variants), and Imperial (with light, heavy, and officer variants). They also speak with human voices.
There is some clipping (body parts showing through clothes/armor) but it's easy to imagine that it's because the hats and helmets are damaged.
MESSAGE FOR XBOX/PC PLAYERS: Eventually I plan on giving the corpses clothes and armors. I think that'd look awesome.
