I've always been a big fan of DrJacopo's work on pretty much everything Skyrim. His 3D Mountain Flowers have excellent models, and a huge step-up from vanilla Skyrim.

...but I had a problem.

<<DISCLAIMER: PERSONAL OPINION>>

They stick out like a sore thumb! Like whenever I enter a settlement/city, wherever I go it is the first damn thing I see as it pokes my eyes out. They have incredibly colourful bright textures, and I think it doesn't really fit the Skyrim aesthetics. It was just distracting, like it was The Elder Scrolls - Mountain Flowers.

So I opened up Paint.net and reduced the saturation a tad bit (70% to be exact). The flowers are not devoid of color, they still have some but they are much more discrete now. They are not invisible, but you need to look for them for a split second (like in Vanilla), as it won't be the first thing you notice. I also reduced their size by 70%, taking Smaller Cathedral 3D Plants as a base. The textures have been resaved in BC7 Linear format, so you should have no issues.

Results may depend on your weather lighting mod. My combo is is the following (I'm a basic b**ch when it comes to Skyrim visuals) :

- Obsidian Weathers (reduced sunlight)
- Rudy ENB SE for Obsidian Weathers - LUX - ELFX

It's not the bleakest ENB, but not the most saturated one either.

Installation
- Install Cathedral - 3D Mountain Flowers for the plugin
- Overwrite with my mod
- If you are using Smaller Cathedral 3D Plants, and you prefer the sizes there (-25% reduction) then overwrite my mod with those meshes.
