Weather is Sacred ENB (WISE) is an ultralight ENB designed to work with any weather mod (ie. Azurite, Cathedral, Obsidian, Dolomite, Aequinoctium, Rustic, Mythical, Vivid, and NAT).

If you are one those people who don't put steak sauce, ketchup, or any other nonsense on your steak, then this ENB is for you.
Enjoy weather mods in their purest form.This ENB implements improved lighting and shadowing, complex grass lighting, grass collisions, particle lighting, cloud shadows, and some sky enhancements. It preserves the post processing, bloom, adaption, and weather colors of whichever weather and lighting mods you are using (including the horizon seam fix).
Instructions:
1. Install main file to your Skyrim game directory (where SkyrimSE.exe exists).
2. Download the ENB 0484 files here , open the wrapper version, and drag-and-drop the two .dll files (d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll) into your Skyrim game directory.

This ENB has open permissions. Do whatever with it you like.
