BACKSTORY
Cocoa is the only child of two parents who love her. She is a brilliant girl. She has already proven her magical talent at a young age.
However, neither of her parents was able to teach her.
Therefore, Cocoa's parents trusted the College of Winterholdwith their child.
Cocoa quickly mastered the skills. The years passed until one day.
The disaster happened. As big as a mountain and as dark as the night. Soar above Skyrim. Hundreds of people lost their loved ones on that
tragic day. Cocoa lost both of her parents as well as her home.
With no place to go back to, Cocoa is allowed to stay at the College of Winterhold until she finds a new family or can care for herself.
Will Cocoa be able to find a new family?
Will someone be able to stop the disaster that has separated people from their loved ones?

She is manipulating the wind to blast all attackers away using freezing strong wind together with dirt around her.
This makes her the ideal counter to a melee attacker.
Strategy on team fight:
While she can deal with melee attackers, she is physically weak, so she requires someone on her team to rush toward ranged attackers on the opposing team and kill or aggro their attack.

Troubleshooting
I can't adopt her
Try save > close your game/ to main menu > reload save
It is just black texture
Not a bug, it is exactly as intended.
Neck gap
Open console command > Click her > setnpcweight 100 > Save and reload
