Uncompressed normals are now in BC7 format for lossless quality at lower memory. Consolidated the way horse textures were being used for a better esp. Packed files into BSA format because why do we need loose files? You can unpack if you have to but you should only be using one horse texture mod anyway. Added optional true white Frost by request.
