The mod adds a spell that can only detect corpses. That includes fresh corpses and the ones that are dead right from the beginning of the game. In some places, it will also detect skeletons and whatnot that are just lying about, but will rise as you approach. The spell is called Detect Corpse and is in the Alteration tree. It shows that it is a higher level spell, but you only need to be a novice to use it.

The spell is placed on the primary classes so you have it right from the start. It is very low cost and is a concentration spell. All it really adds is the ability to find things that are dead, nothing else. I've lost way too many corpses in this game and if you run any kind of flora mods you can lose tons of stuff out in the woods. This is a brand new spell, nothing has been changed in the base spells. It operates exactly the same as the Detect Undead spell except that I completely changed the conditions in which it activates. I've only got a few hours into testing but I haven't found any malfunctions so far. Happy Looting!

Prerequisite: Note that you must have the unofficial patch installed to use this mod as I had it added as a master (probably unnecessarily).

Install Instructions: Just drop it in the data folder and activate it in the mod menu in game. Load order shouldn't matter since this is an addition and not a modification of existing data.
