When you click "What have you got for sale?" you'll normally hear tedious lines that you skip anyway. I found them all and killed them. Individually replaced with blank audio files that last a fraction of a second, meaning the store UI opens as soon as you ask to shop.
A simple little mod I made for myself as a timesaver. Never tested DLC merchants, but I'm pretty sure I removed all their lines. If you find a merchant that's still chatty, let me know. (NOTE: I didn't remove Eorlund Gray-Mane's "Gods be praised" line because it's shared by other events.)
No scripts or plugins. Loose files. Requires nothing.
