About this mod

Sorcerer Combat Animation is really fun when you play as vampire or dark path mage. But as it seems, to gain those sick dodge animation to play, you need the ring. The ring however only can be retrievable through AddItemMenu or Console and it has Ring of Erudite enchantment. This patch that I have gain permission from skypia, fixes that problem.

  • WHAT'S PFP ?
    PFP is my own term when patching mod that doesn't have crafting or natural way to retrieve the item(s). PFP stands for Progression Friendly Patch, which add new feature(s) to the existing plugin that's missing crafting recipe and/or area of interest where the item should be

  • WHY SPENDING YOUR TIME TO MAKE THIS ? ADDITEMMENU OR CONSOLE EXISTS.
    I don't like adding items through cheating means, so I spend my time doing this, which can be fruitful for those who are clueless how to get the ring if they wanted to use Sorcerer Combat Animation

  • WHAT ARE THE CHANGES THAN THE ORIGINAL MOD ?
    As I mention on second point of why I'm doing this, to get the ring, you also gain the effect of Ring of Erudite which technically you're already cheating your playthrough. So I tweaked the plugin so when you get the ring, you WILL NOT get Ring of Erudite's enchantment but you still able to get the animation to work-

  • DID YOU REMOVE THE MAIN RING'S ENCHANTMENT ? I WON'T DOWNLOAD THIS IF THATS THE CASE BECAUSE I STILL WANT TO USE THAT ENCHANTMENT WHILE HAVING THE ANIMATION.
    Downloading or not isn't my problem, so that'll be you to decide whether to use it or not. Anyway for your question, the answer is yes but actually, no. This patch didn't remove 100% of what this mod author's intended for the ring's enchantment. I've mentioned about crafting recipe, so the ring WITHOUT Ring of Erudite's Enchantment can still get Erudite's enchantment back. If you ask how, another spoiler

  • COMPATIBILITY ?
    This mod doesn't overwrite any vanilla records, EXCEPT one of the said location. If you have something to change Erudite's enchantment, it may not compatible and requires a patch for it.

  • CAN I REQUEST SOME MOD THAT DOESN'T HAVE CRAFTING RECIPE AND/OR LOCATION OF THE ITEM TO GET NORMALLY ?
    Depends if I feel like it or not. Don't get your hopes up because I said this e-e

  • DON'T LIKE YOUR PLACEMENT OF THE ITEM OR EVEN YOUR RECIPE TO CRAFT IT. CHANGE IT!
