About this mod
Transforms the Soul Tear shout from a projectile into an area of effect cone (similar to Unrelenting Force). Makes it instant kill any target hit and reanimate any number of targets killed.

Except it does a measly 300 damage in the vanilla game. This mod aims to transform this shout into one worthy of being used by the legendary Dragonborn.
***Added a version that simply makes it an area of effect, without increasing its damage.***
Rank 1 and 2 remain unchanged. Rank 3 instantly kills any target (100k damage), soul traps them (compatible with soul trap modification mods) and reanimates them for 1 minute (the reanimation effect works up to level 99, however creatures normally immune to reanimation effects such as dragons will not be reanimated). The cooldown for rank 3 is still 90 seconds.
