If you ever encountered a random NPC named after its race appear out of nowhere randomly attacking you, it's probably an actor from WEAdventurerSubChar levelled list.
Actors from this levelled list are supposed to scale to player's level without max level limit, so If you play a very high level character they'll have extraordinary stats scaled to your level.
This mod limits these actors to have calculated max level of 20 so they'll feel more like nameless random attacker, not some another Ebony Warrior.

Install with your mod manager.
2. Compatibility
No known incompatibility.
