After many months of trying to get this mod to work, I've finally managed to get it to work perfectly for me. I'm on Skyrim version (1.6.353) so I can't promise that this will be guaranteed to work for everyone, but these are the steps that helped me.
1. Download/Install all of this mod "Requirements" and make sure they are up to date and match your current version of Skyrim.
2. Download/install the "Judgement cut (non-MCO version)" and make sure that the "Judgement Cut End - ap05's Remake.esp" plugin is activated in your mod manager.
3. Run the "Nemesis" Program and click "Update Engine". Once the program has updated, make sure that the "Payload Interpreter" patch is Checked and then click the "Launch Nemesis Behavior engine". Once it reaches 100%, close the program.
5. Once everything is installed, patched, and in order, go in-game, use the Judgement Cut Shout, and it should work. If it still doesn't work for you, you might have an unknown mod that's causing an incompatibility issue.
I WISH KITTYTAIL VFX MODS HAS COMPATIBILIY PATCH FOR FIRE/ICE VFX SINCE THEY OVERWRITE THE VFX FROM THIS MOD WHICH MAKES THEM STOP WTHIN THE RANGE OF JCE.

I'm thinking of making a mod similar to "Skyrim's Paraglider - ZERO" or "Skyrim's Paraglider - ONE" except for Judgement Cut End. Bug fixes, combined reskins, configurability in an MCM, among other things. It may take a while, cause I have a lot of mod plans, as well as having to balance life with all of this, but I think i'll get to work on it relatively soon.
I tried using the mod on another of my saves, and it's the same, it doesn't do any damage to enemies. I'm still trying to figure out how to do it. I've got the prerequisites though. I see in the description that there's a story about attributes. What are they? Destruction magic perks or sword skill perks???
Hey so im dealing with the same issue as most people where i am just getting the lightning effect when i press z and nothing else. I am new to modding and am a bit confused.Would appreciate any help on this. I would love to play this mod.My game version is 1.5.97 and i used vortex for modding.
it depends on what version you downloaded. if you downloaded the normal attack version you need to press your normal attack button after activating the power. and be sure to have all requirements to make it work
