Cutting Room Floor is a wonderful mod, but it restores a conversation cut from the base game, in which Vigilants of Stendar will demand any daedric artifacts you might be carrying, and will attack if you refuse. This mod reverts that change so Vigilants should not demand your artifacts anymore.

I mean, this is barely a mod at all--It changes the conditions on a single conversation--but some might find it handier than doing it themselves.

My health is deteriorating dramatically. Long covid has left me with
heart, lung, and (from clots) eye damage, among other things, and
exacerbated my existing disabilities (like the nerve damage from my
spine injuries, the brain fog from my traumatic brain injury and ADHD,
etc.), so we're crowdfunding to try to move back to the US (something I swore I'd never do) so I can use my VA and Medicare
benefits, because we figure that's the only way I'll live long enough to
watch our daughter grow up.
