Because it's fun to rebuild Castle Volkihar after the Dawnguard questline, but I gotsta have Serana live in the BBLS Residence!
This little patch makes it so that when you invite Serana to live in the Luxury Suite or the Luxury Suite Residence after finishing Dawnguard, she will do just that despite Castle Volkihar Rebuilt being loaded.

Arthmoor's Castle Volkihar Rebuilt is listed as incompatible with Migal's Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite. The incompatibility involves Castle Volkihar Rebuilt taking priority over where Serana lives once you've completed the Dawnguard questline. So, despite asking Serana to live in the Luxury Suite or the Luxury Suite Residence, she'll just walk away and move back to Castle Volkihar or Fort Dawnguard leaving you with your mouth hanging open and a tear in your eye!!
Well, no more! Install this patch and watch Serana turn around and walk right back into the LS Residence!!
This mod simply adds a couple conditions to the packages that Arthmoor uses in CVR to set Serana's residence. It makes no changes to Serana's Dawnguard scripting nor does it contain any scripts of its own. I don't expect any compatibility issues.
