Distributes a few armors from ChakraAIO pack to npcs I felt they made sense with.

I don't know how to make a fomod, so if you don't want one or more of these to be distributed then just delete that plugin from the mod folder.
Adds the Storm Fist set to male Stormcloak npcs above level 20 with a 10% chance.
Adds the Mehrunes Marauder set to Dremora npcs with a 20% chance, and to Velehk Sahn.
Adds the Dark Omen set to male Forsworn npcs above level 35 with a 5% chance.
Adds the Dragon Acolyte set to the cultist npcs from the Dragonborn DLC with a 15% chance.
If you do not like my conditions, then you can edit the ChakraAIO_DISTR.ini yourself. For example:
Outfit = 0x800~Storm Fist SPID.esp|ActorTypeStormcloak|NONE|NONE|20/99|NONE|50
This would increase the chance Stormcloak npcs above level 20 have to receive this outfit to 50%.
I have included a picture of each armor I am distributing, but they are low quality/effort so please refer to the original mod page for a better idea of what they look like. I'm open to adding more armors from this pack, if you can help suggest an npc/group of npcs a set would make sense with.
Because these armors are more easily obtainable, I have rebalanced a few of them with stats and value that I felt made sense based on how easily accessible they may be and what levels they are obtainable. This is an optional plugin. If you don't agree with my changes, or think the values should be different, then simply don't download it or change the records in xedit. The changes are as follows:
