Added a DISTR file for the new Lunar Guard Arsenal - Battleaxe, and uploaded a new personal update for the armor. I recommend using the new update for armor alongside Apex Khajiit Rebalanced Redux.

Ok last update I swear. Adjusted chance value once more to get it to actually distribute to at least 2 random Khajiit bandits. On a vanilla profile these chance values allowed it to be distributed to 2 bandits, however if you use a mod like OBIS or something of the sort, you may want to adjust the chance value down yourself as it may spawn a bit too frequently if you don't.

Changed values so that it will maybe actually start spawning on Khajiit bandits occasionally (the previous values were a bit too stringent and it pretty much wasn't being distributed randomly at all).

Changed level it will start showing up on Khajiit bandits from 40 to 30. Fixed a mistake with level distribution. It should be distributing to Khajiit bandits properly now (0.5% chance for each outfit variant)
