I'm not a fan of just everyone being dirty for the sake of a medieval game, and Norse people are historically well bathed.
This set is mostly a resource for people who don't want to mess with NPC tintmask settings when they want to regen them, or just don't want the shaders showing up in the character creation menu.
I used these tintmasks for High Poly Skyrim Plus, and figured it made sense to put them up for others if they'd like them.
