About this mod
Adds a new player home located west of Shor's Stone. Additionally includes two new summons, a dungeon, short quest, and a shout.

Note: Requires the official Fishing Creation Club add-on which is provided to everyone for free as part of update 1.6.
Deep within the mountainous terrain of the Rift bears a home fit for a nightblade. As artists of both subterfuge and the arcane, they will make great use of the home's two wings dedicated to each craft. One wing harboring elements of magic and mystery, the other holding themes surrounding the typical rogue's lifestyle. Venture deep underground, uncover the secrets of East Rock Estate and claim the home for yourself.

House is located west of Shor's Stone.
Secret entrance related to the quest is located underneath the house, hugging the wall. (See video below)

Questions & Answers:
Q: Why is the plugin named the way it is? Seems disorganized.
A: During development I had included voice files for the new shout, which the Creation Kit automatically creates a directory to .fuz files which I cannot change in the editor. If I rename the .esp, the voice files associated with this mod will break. The plugin and archive's names were intended to be temporary. If I find a way to resolve this, I will.
Q: Where is the secret entrance mentioned in the quest journal?
A: Beneath the home outside, attached to the wall behind the staircase.

- One Important Note: Do NOT pick any of the ingredients inside the home. The house's interior is set to never respawn, so neither will any plants harvested inside there. This is the same with pretty much all vanilla player homes.
