Fixed power spells not taking magicka cost.
I tweaked the damage output and spell cost.
The damage is now x2, though I will leave an option for x3 (will likely be too much).
Spell cost has also been deceased as I found it too high.
I've added patches for Mysticism and Better Candlelight.
