I've gotten this to work phenomenally with VHR and I love how simple it is and how it actually lets my other mods shine without completely overwriting the vanilla aesthetic. I was wondering what your thoughts are on maybe making a version for expressive facegen morphs and maybe closed mouths for orcs? Having all 3 together and not having to worry about endless patches like with other NPC mods would be a dream come true. Regardless, thank you so much for this awesome mod!
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/81290 Foxgirls from this mod have broken faces. Without hph replacer they looks fine. It can be fixed?
I don't have Skyrim installed atm since I'm a bit low on drive space, but when I eventually get back to modding I'll take a look at it if you or anyone else hasn't patched it yet.
I just discovered this great mod that makes a lot of the NPCs added to the story mod beautiful, but at the same time multiple of my retinues have turned into big fat faces, which is really frustrating! I wonder if there is a way to design a whitelist for us to fill in the ESP in question, so that the plugin does not change the NPC face preset in the whitelist, which may not be possible, anyway, thank you very much for making this excellent mod~
thats cuz this mod replace all the default head to high poly head and some npc mod not using high poly head facegen gets broken. This mod is only for if u want immersive looking npcs.
heads up, this mod is incompatable with Val Soprano - A Val Serano Replacer by AnnAccident, so that should probably be added to the list in the description.
I'm not using any other NPC mods than your two hair replacers yet I am getting neck seams on every single character with this mod, any idea what the culprit could be? EDIT: It also happens with any of the 3 mods whether I use them alone or together. All 3 of you mods are causing neck seams and I can't seem to figure out why
Can you screenshot an example? If you mean neckseam as in skin mismatch, none of my replacer mods touch textures so the issue wouldn't be from these mods. Best way to test is to boot Skyrim on a separate profile with a minimum load order, and if everything is running fine there's something else in your LO causing issues.
Hi. I *think* this mod is causing crashes for me. I am not sure. I am honestly just guessing since I'm not really familiar with the crash reports. I just noticed no crash after disabling this mod. I don't have any other mod which would edit that npc (base id 458AF) https://pastebin.com/TBxDdkj8 Here is the crash report: https://pastebin.com/TBxDdkj8
it is not BIJIN compatible FYI. The faces change when the HPH female plugin ist enabled. They are not BIJIN any more(but interestingly the BIJIN Hair stays making it seem ok). Just disabling the plugin solves it instantly.
At lest not with the AIO: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/56047
But it works with pride of skyrim AIO... but that one already usese HPH.
I'm also using this alongside Bijin AIO but haven't seen any broken custom face sculpts yet, which NPCs look incorrect?
I spawned in some of the NPCs and saw a few with broken face sculpts while others kept the Bijin look. I'll see if I can make a patch.
EDIT: I figured it out, if anyone could help by listing off NPCs you noticed with broken face sculpts it'd help speed up things so I can upload the patch quicker.
I'm trying to make any Serana replacer work with this, but no luck so far, even the ones that are for Hipoly head. It always loads her default hipoly-fied face, or worst case, the base vanilla head mesh shape. The only one that worked it Serana Holic.

If you use a bunch of NPCs you may experience a performance impact possibly.
Is it compatible with Expressive facegen morph and expressive facial animations ? Will this mod use their assets as well ?
Skin mismatch occurs when using BnP skin.
