About this mod
Some of the heights repeated in the tes games have no lore grounding and some of them dont make sense at all, or are ignored in other games.
this tweak is going to go from MW to Skyrim changing this.

Breton Female
.95 > 1.0
every other human race is equal height with their female counterpart, this feels
like a weird change and they're never actually said to be shorter

fyi - i mainly made this mod to add more neutrality to genders since height slider dont exist in tes yet
but race menu can be another solution to this
