Enabled parallax and used dock rope textures on wSkeever's "Solitude Objects SMIMed - Solitude well"

wSkeever's "Solitude Objects SMIMed - Solitude Well" is a great mesh, which builds off Yuril's "FYX - Smooth Wells" and SMIM. All I've done to it is two minutes of clicking to enable parallax on the same parts it was enabled in Yuril's "FYX - Smooth Wells - Water in Wells - Parallax." I also changed the rope texture path to the SMIM docks rope, as I feel it's a better fit than the Riften rope texture.
This requires parallax textures (duh). I personally recommend using it with the excellent Skyland Solitude - Parallax by Kulharin. It also should be loaded after Assorted Mesh Fixes, Water in Wells, and FYX - Smooth Wells, as wSkeever incorporated all of those changes. This requires Water in Wells and supports it. The original Solitude Objects SMIMed - Solitude well is not required.
