Someone on reddit also asked for a Shorter Males mod so you can check that out if you want, but don't use them together.

I've always felt a bit weird seeing the females being the same height as the males, with only a few exceptions. So I made this mod for myself to make the females look a bit cuter and decide to share in case a few people were looking for this as well. This is not supposed to be lore friendly, just to look a bit more like real life.

All the playable female races for the player and NPCs, vampires included, have been reduced by 0.05, around 10cm or 4 inches than their male counterparts. Bretons and Khajiits were not changed as they already followed this rule in the vanilla game.

Super lightweight mod with just a few edits, no scripts or anything that can harm your game, so you can just try it out. Load this as early as possible and if you don't notice any changes in game, then you most likely have a conflict. If you do have a conflict it won't harm your game at all if you leave it there or remove this mod, but it's super easy to patch. Should be compatible with any NPC overhaul out of the box.

This is an esp flagged as an esl, so it will not take a plugin in your load order. Ussep changes were forwarded.

In vanilla Skyrim the NPCs resize when using any object like the alchemy table to the same height no matter their race. So I also recommend this mod idrs - improved disabled race scaling to go with my mod, or even without it tbh.

Added an optional file to apply the female idle/walk animation for the female orcs as well.
