Simple mod that makes the Traveler NPC turn into a Vampire Lord before attacking

This mod that makes the Traveler NPC turn into a Vampire Lord before attacking. It was supposed to do so at one point during development of DG but the script line making it turn was blocked from working. My mod enables that line and makes it work properly
Currently he fights melee only because the magic mode is extremely buggy with NPCs, if someone can make it able to use the magic mode, it'll be much appreciated and I will give full credit. He will also turn into Bats when his target is far away or when at very low health
There is also a minor issue where the transformation FX persists after transforming for some reason, I've tried to fix it but to no avail, I'll be very grateful if someone could help me with that.
