Lower the price of homemade potions and enchantments.

Greatly reduces the price of self-made potions.
The effects of Enchantment Up and Forging Up potions are negated.
Other potion recipes and effects remain unchanged. (only salmon roe changed)
Significantly reduces the price of self-made Banish.
The effect of the Forging Ascendant enchantment is negated.
Other enchantment effects remain unchanged.
I also made a version that only lowers the price.(v1.01)

自作のバニッシュの価格を大幅に引き下げます。
鍛造上昇の付呪の効果は無効になります。
それ以外の付呪の効果に変更はありません。
価格を下げるのみのバージョンも作りました。（v1.01）
