This is a small and humble house in Helgen before its destruction by Alduin thanks to Alternate Perspective.

I highly recommand the use of Elfx Shadows because this home has been made all around the light and shadows effects.
I recently tried it without and it appears really... sad.

Why a house in Helgen ?

I allways like the idea of playing without starting the dragonborn quest thanks to Alternate Perspective.
This allow us to walk in Helgen before its destruction. But for now, it wasn't really possible to live in, just because we did not have no more than an empty inn to sleep.

Alternate Perspective include a abandoned house left empty for modder to make a house mod with. But for now, i never find any house mod using it.
So i decided to make it.

Just a little house with nothing great.
Just a little house to beggin and live in before we must leave and save Tamriel.

So when i was working on the Helgen's House, i tryied to give her some quiet and maybe a little melancolic ambiance, with sun light througt glasses, and calm music coming from old games.

I hope you will enjoy this and, why not, starting a new playthrought as a humble Helgen people, hunting here and there before the Jarl of Falkreath send you a letter.


What will you find here ?

At first, you will find a chest in the bedroom of the helgen's Inn, hidden and containing the key to your new house.
Free, i made it for me, as i wanted to play as a helgen citizen before the coming of alduin.

This house contain all the ameniti... ahem no, this is no more great castle, just a simple and abandoned house with cobweb everywere...

Take the torch outside and go in.
Clean up the place with the brooms and you will be able to deploy your stuff and in the end, establish in.
I made a very quick intro in order to not bother with long time work for a house which will be destroyed some day !

Althought this is a little house, there is all sort of cool things here and there.
Many linked chest for little things just to allow more immersive role play.
Light switching allow to create a natural ambiance when you go to bed or wake up.

Enjoy the living in helgen as a simple person before the dragonborn comes but do not forget one thing :

When Alduin will come, your house will be destroyed forever.
