My tweaked Silent Horizons vanilla+ preset.

Permissions and credits
This is an adapted version of Silent Horizons for Cathedral Weathers that I have come to really enjoy.  Works well with both Cathedral and Azurite weathers.  Includes a snap of Cathedral Weathers MCM setting as well if you use it.  Not doing a lot of tweaking with this anymore, but feel free to give it a whirl.

Installation
Standard ENB preset installation applies (install settings to the root game directory).
