Adds a new spell book to the game allowing the player to learn the "Abjuration Bolt" spell added by Konahrik's Accoutrements.

There are 2 versions - one that requires Konahrik's Accoutrements as a master, and the other which is completely standalone for those that just want a new spell without using the original mod. Although I do highly recommend using Konahrik's Accoutrements, along with the new fixed plugin found here. 

Obviously I had to change some aspects of the original effect to make it usable as a learnable spell. Also, I can only imagine the original mod did not add this for balancing purposes - so I have made a few balance tweaks of my own.

Here is a summary:

• Belongs to the Restoration skill tree, and you will level Restoration by using the spell successfully.
• Classed as an Expert level spell, and will benefit from the "Expert Restoration" half cost perk. 
• The book is hand-placed in a single location which I feel makes sense - if you're on a dragon priest mask hunt, you WILL find it (see spoiler below if you must). It has not been added to any vendor lists. 
• I have nerfed the magic effect to do half as much damage as the original scroll version. This is to maintain balance as it will now be a permanent spell in your arsenal. Bear in mind the original effect was crazy OP, so I don't think this is unreasonable. 
• It has a base cost of 60 magicka.
• It takes 0.5 seconds to charge the spell, decreased from 1 second when using it as a scroll.
• Will affect the Dragonborn DLC "Acolytes" (Solstheim's unique dragon priests) and the "Hulking Draugr" race, also added by the DLC. Be sure to check out my other mod which also adds these conditions to the "Scroll of Abjuration" in the original mod.
• Be warned - there is also a guardian defending the location where I placed the book. You thought I'd make it easy, huh?

If you just want to learn the spell without having to go to its location, then just add it using the console command: player.additem [insert form ID] 1 
To find the form ID in-game, you can use the console command: help "spell tome: abjuration" 
So for example, if the form ID is "FE001801", you would enter player.additem fe001801 1 in order to add it to your inventory.

I made this mod as requested by a user on my other mod page, I have not fully played through Konahrik's Accoutrements myself. I have been informed in the posts section that the spell is actually added permanently after progressing the questline - however it is added as a lesser power. I think on the balance of things - this mod could still be relevant as it is added as a spell rather than a lesser power, and has also had some balancing tweaks applied to it, making it different from the final spell.
