Albret has twice as much money. Removed one ITM. I can't update this anymore because I can't test anything, since the main mod is failing to start for me and I have no idea why, so updates may take a while until I figure out what in the world happened.

If you have a previous version please download this one. The BSA in previous versions wasn't unpacking when installing due to improper naming. Sorry about that, I've started using BSA's recently and didn't know about that, but it should work now
