Hello, I have the detail that when casting the spell, the food is cooked, but the cooked food flies away, that is the only detail, if you cook in open spaces the food is lost, if it is in a closed place you find it but floating.
Some mods blend in so completely to the game, you completely forget they were there. As I sat there calmly roasting a goat that had crossed my path, patiently waiting for the meat to cook before looting, I realized, this wasn't always this way. Thank you WSkeever for your countless mods that give complete, if forgettable enjoyment.
this. combined with frozen electrocuted combustion, which gives you the ability to roast dead animals and change their loot from raw to cooked (zombies too) this is such a intutive immersive addition to the sandbox.
I think this might need a few patches for Gourmet, Huntsman - A Hunting Expansion and Simple Hunting Overhaul as some of the items dont switch to their cooked versions
I'm having a bug where I cook a meat after dropping it but it gets replaced with raw one when picked up.
I have raw Horker Meat, drop it, cook them with firebolt to get Horker Loaf, and as I pick it up it automatically gets replaced with raw Horker Meat (a UI mod that I have installed displays cooked meat and raw meat going in/out from inventory).
I'm not asking in protest, i'm asking out of pure curiosity, why will there never be caco support? willing to share the tea lbs? (btw thanks for all your great mods)
Yeah, as far as I could see, a patch for any mod (including CACO) can be done in SSEedit alone. No need for scripting. Take the Fishing patch (included in the fomod of this mod) as an example. It actually looks pretty easy, two form lists, one for raw items and one for cooked, and a quest that looks identical to the original one, except it mentions fishing lists from the patch. The biggest buttpain with CACO I guess is the quantity of the recipes and food ingredients. It will take some time, to go through all the raw items and recipes, figure out what dishes make sense to be cooked with direct fire, and make the raw-cooked lists.
