Fixes the awful swimidle animation which plays well above water instead of below, causing the impression to be flying rather than swimming.

This mod fixes the SwimIdle Animation by fixing the angle of the bones as well as relocating the whole animation lower on the z-axis.
It really was an eyesore far too long.
- Only incompatible with mods that also replace the SwimIdle Animation
