Currently Distar's MCO|ADXP completely disables any benefit of attack speed modifiers making a lot of perks, enchantments and magic effects useless. This mod makes those effects useful again by making them modify damage.

Changelogs
Version 1.2
The first version uploaded on Nexus. The damage bonus should apply and calculate properly.
MCO versions 1.5 and newer don't need this mod, unless you pick the "Distar experience" in the FOMOD, in which case this mod is still needed.
The mod converts half of your WeaponSpeedMult to damage. The calculation is done after all your weapon speed modifiers are summed together. Works for negative modifiers too.
Works only for melee weapons and does not affect enchantments. Also works for humanoid NPCs if you have SPID installed. Does not work for the elemental fury shout.
The mod is actually script free; the one script in the file is only activated once to initialize the mod for the very first time after installing.
Safe to install mid-playthrough. From my testing it seems to be safe to uninstall mid playthrough, but honestly I'm not 100% confident about it and I'd always recommend caution when uninstalling mods mid-playthrough.
Make sure to read the requirements! You must properly install weapon speed effects fix for this mod to work properly.
Thanks to Aljo for helping me with the esp and Tsukino for teaching me some basic CK and scripting stuff.
The mod is provided as is, no support will be provided.
