This Mod adds a Fort Town on the Rift's Border with Morrowind. Ruled by Clan Gohtar the town has a high Dunmer Population with about a third of the Town being Dunmer. They largely work for the Thane or are traders, The Town also sports and Inn and a Smithy.
Facing Morrowind stands the Column of Ysgramor a reminder to any Dunmer force of what can happen when one attacks the Nords...
