Did something for myself when using a Netch as a mount, and found the default sound to be pretty loud, weird and repetitive.
Decided to do a bit more than just lower the volume and ended up replacing the idle audio of all Netches in the game, including the calves.
Short video to demonstrate what gets replaced in your game, and I've also added an optional archive with slightly lower volume for those who
like me use a netch as a mount. The game seems to have 2 sounds per Netch (both adult male/female and calf) and I have introduced a variation in pitch to add a difference, and a "cuter" higher pitch sound for the little ones. I've also added a 5 sec deliberate pause between the sounds they emit as it gets repetitive fast.
The sound sources were taken and edited from various whale sounds off the internet... I really didn't feel cow sounds would fit even if Netches are often compared as such, grazing at sea. ^^
Manual installation;
1. Download the archive, open it and open the data-folder within.
2. Drop the contents (sound-folder) to your Skyrim/Data.
