Makes ALL daggers slightly faster without editing any forms. Will work with mod daggers.
Requires Spell Perk Item Distributor for npcs to also have their daggers faster

Details:
It makes it 23.1 percent faster. Not too crazy, only enough to make it go from 1.3 weapon speed to 1.6.
Installation:
Slappa it into your favorite mod organizer. I use Mod Organizer 2.
Then enable the plugin and you're good to go
