      From the Splashes page:

      • Settings can be configured in po3_SplashesOfStorms.toml (in Data/SKSE/Plugins).

      • These can be reloaded and reapplied in-game by using the console command splashes

      • Alt-tab out of the game
      • Change settings and save config
      • Alt tab back into the game and type splashes into console
      • Profit

So this would still be needed to make the changes in the UI (I think...)

Compare it yourself, choose the version you like better. I modified the textures (are unique, nothing should overwrite them) and shaders in the particle systems, no changes to the .toml file here.

Rudy, I know you probably won't answer directly, seeing you are a busy person and all... so, if anyone else could please explain some things to me, I'd be so grateful. You see, I may know a bit about modding, but not going THAT deep into changing values...

    By topics:

    1) You said "Settings can be configured in "po3_SplashesOfStorms.toml" (in Data/SKSE/Plugins) and reapplied in-game by using "splashes" console command." Does that mean all we gotta do is adjust values in the .toml file outside the game, then ACTIVATE IT once inside the game just by typing the single command code "splashes"? Like an ON/OFF button?

    2) You showed us the value lines:
    NifScale =
    NifScaleActor =

And said ---> Don't make them too small, or anti-aliasing will literally eat them up.

Sure thing, but, might I ask which values should we add? For example, ranging from 5 ~ 50, for example? How far can I go, or how little?

    Thanks in advance, Rudy.
Congratulations for all the hard work you've been putting on this game to help the community.

The Toml file is included in the "Splashes of Storms" mod and is already preconfigured. All the default values are already written in it. You don't need to add anything from yourself there.
This information of mine is actually intended for users who like to set things up to their own taste.
If you change some values in this file, you can check what your changes look like without leaving the game, just reload the mod in the console with this command I gave. It's not an "on/off" but a "reload" command.

So it is a complete mod already. The user does not need to add values into the files to make it work.
      That sounds much much better.

      Thank you for explaining, Rudy.
I shall give this a  try later tonight.

Does this affect quality of splashes in water?

I can't get this to do anything. Nothing shows up in game or in the ENB editor. Nothing is getting overwritten. What am I doing wrong?

Where is the installation manual? Without instructions, it's just some weird files to put in the trash.

Try looking at the left side of the window when you're installing the FOMOD, you'll see a full description of each option ;)

Half related question, I used to have those really wet translucent looking rain drops as in the demonstration video, but no longer do. Is that rain drop textures or an enb setting? Thank you

If we don't use enb is there any benefit of using this over not using it?
