Does this affect quality of splashes in water?

I can't get this to do anything. Nothing shows up in game or in the ENB editor. Nothing is getting overwritten. What am I doing wrong?

Where is the installation manual? Without instructions, it's just some weird files to put in the trash.

Try looking at the left side of the window when you're installing the FOMOD, you'll see a full description of each option ;)

Half related question, I used to have those really wet translucent looking rain drops as in the demonstration video, but no longer do. Is that rain drop textures or an enb setting? Thank you

If we don't use enb is there any benefit of using this over not using it?

Sorry for the dumb question, but are the recommended values for the density in the description for the ripples or for splashes? because in the po3_SplashesOfStorms.toml both have RaycastIterations for each rain type (light, medium and heavy rain). So I am confused where to put the number in.

I put them in the raycastiterations for the splashes and left the ripples alone. In the Desc. it says to put the raycastiteration for light 10, for medium 15, and for heavy 20.

Posting this here for anyone who might have had my problem (ripples present, but no splashes, no matter what settings you make):

In the "Particle" section of the ENB menu in-game, ticking "IgnoreWeatherSystem" made the splashes appear for me.

That just means whatever ENB you're using has all particles set to be really dim for that weather. It'll also mean that other particle-related effects will be much brighter than intended if you turn that setting on.

You just disabled an effect of an enb which I don't reccomend, but safe to do so.

confused for one hour why the splashes didnt work suddenly after i installed some mods, then realized i set the damn vortex set this mod before splashes of storm when i blindly press use suggestion for all when installing new mods.... gonna check other rules i set before this because i just realized vortex "recommended" setting is untrustworthy

Dumb question, this should load after Splashes of Storms right?
